After London, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and New York, the Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels Festival is being held in Japan, in Kyoto and Saitama. This year’s program brings together three dedicated partners: Kyoto Experiment, the Saitama Arts Theater, and ROHM Theatre Kyoto.

From October 4 to November 16, eight events will offer a panorama of international choreographic creation ranging from recent works to repertory pieces. Post-performance meet-and-greet sessions with the artists, as well as numerous dance workshops open to professionals and amateurs alike, will enable audiences to immerse themselves in the world of dance.

The Festival will also unveil the I felt the stars in that room exhibition. Presented in collaboration with KYOTOGRAPHIE, it brings together a series of analog photographs by American artist Olivia Bee, taken during previous Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels Festivals.

Founded in 2020, Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels is guided by the values of creation, transmission and education. Its mission is to support artists and institutions in sharing choreographic heritage while encouraging new productions.
