To prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), our Maison is strengthening its safety measures. We are operating our boutiques in line with the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), the local authorities’ emergency declaration, and the latest requests from relevant organizations and prefectures.

Van Cleef & Arpels Client Service Center (Le Desk) is operating as usual（0120-10-1906,  Open 11:00am - 7:00pm excluding the year-end and New Year holidays).

Boutique safety measures

To ensure the health and safety of our clients, we would appreciate your cooperation with the following COVID-19 related guidelines:

- To ensure physical distancing, we have limited the number of clients allowed in our boutiques at the same time.

- At the entrance we need to check all clients’ body temperature, and ensure that each client is wearing a mask while inside the boutique.

- Alcohol-based sanitizers are at clients’ disposal at the entrance and throughout the boutique.

Boutique occupancy

For boutique appointment, please contact each store (Please see Store locator page). Some of our boutiques may be temporarily full and it may take some time to get into the store.

e-boutique

Our e-boutique is available on our website or through the phone with Le Desk. However, please note that the express delivery has been suspended, and delivery may take longer than usual.  Boutique pickup is also currently unavailable.

Please note that repair may take longer than usual.
