In order to optimize your experience, the Maison will be upgrading its online boutique and services to bring you a better shopping experience.

Our online boutique and phone sales service availability will be adjusted as below:

Delivery delays: 

- If you have submitted your order and completed payment between 10 am on October 26th and 12 pm on October 31st, we will start to process your order from November 4th and arrange delivery according to order sequence.

Returns and exchanges: 

- If you would like to return or exchange a creation you purchased, we invite you to do so before the 21st October. All later requests will be processed after the November 4th with a return pickup service arranged by the Maison.

If your returned creation meets our return policy (please refer to our return policy in below here), we will arrange a refund or exchange for you accordingly.

Shopping services:

- Our online boutique will be closed on November 1st starting from 12 am and will reopen on November 2nd.
