You may purchase a maximum of five creations in one order.

Please kindly note that the following quantity limits may apply:

- Maximum of (1) creation of limited edition creation per client.

- Maximum of (2) creations of the same reference per client per 365 rolling days

- Maximum of (5) creations per client per 30 rolling days

- Maximum of (10) creations per client per 365 rolling days

Yes, it is possible to get a tax refund if you purchase through the phone and/or website.

Tax refunds are only possible for boutique pick up orders and are done in the following boutiques:

• Dubai – Les Salons Dubai Opera

• Abu Dhabi – The Galleria

Online and phone orders may be delivered to all regions in UAE.

The following delivery options may be offered depending on the region and the availability of your creation.

- Standard delivery – 1 to 5 days

- 3-4 hour delivery in Dubai for orders placed by phone before 3:00 pm from Monday to Saturday

- Same day delivery in Dubai. We invite you to order before 4:00 pm from Monday to Saturday

- Next day delivery across all Emirates

- We do not offer deliveries on Sundays

- Kindly note some creations might need extra time to be fulfilled impacting delivery.

- In some cases, your creation could be delivered from Switzerland, please expect a delay in delivery as it could take up to 2 weeks.

All our shipping options are complimentary.

• When placing an order, you may choose delivery at home or in one of our eligible boutiques. To do so, you may select the boutique pick up option during your online purchase.

• We kindly ask you to book an appointment before you pick up your order as you may experience extended wait times without one. You may easily book an appointment here or by contacting our client relation center

• Please bring the email indicating that your order is ready for pickup as well as valid photo identification.

• Only the person who placed the order is authorized to pick up the order from the boutique. When collecting your order, you will be required to present an official photo ID. The name on the ID must match the name in the order.

• The boutique will hold your order for up to 14 days. Failure to collect your order within 14 days may result in cancelling and refunding the order.

• If you wish to perform a Tax refund at the boutique, please note that the whole process may take up to 40 minutes. We encourage you to book an appointment for this.

Your order may be delivered to your work place and hotels. Please note that in any case, a signature and your ID will be requested at the time of delivery.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link through email. You may also contact one of our personal advisors by phone, email or chat for assistance.

Only the person who placed the order is authorized to collect the parcel. At the moment of collection, you will be requiring a valid ID matching the name of your order.

Creations purchased online or through our Client Relation Centers can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the invoice date.

To qualify for any exchange or refund, the following conditions need to be met:

• It must be returned in a new and unworn state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip.

• The creation does not have any personal engravings and has not been altered from its original condition (resized, modified)

• It is not a custom order or special order.

To return your order, you may call our client advisors. One of our client advisors will send you the return label via email and organize a pick up date for your parcel.

If you wish to return your order in a boutique, one of our personal advisors will assist you to find the eligible boutiques.

A client or a recipient of a gift of Van Cleef and Arpels creations may return or exchange Van Cleef and Arpels creations within 30 days following invoice date.

In terms of refund, only the client will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged Van Cleef and Arpels creation.

If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Gift Recipient will be charged the difference in price.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. You will first receive a return confirmation notification. Then, creation(s) will be submitted to a quality control. Once the control passed, you should receive your refund within 14 days.
