Update of our online boutique

In order to optimize your experience, the Maison will be upgrading its online boutique and services.

 

Our online boutique and phone sales service availability will be adjusted as below:

 

Boutique pick up:

The Maison's boutique pick-up feature will be unavailable from October 16th to November 3rd.

 

Services & personalization:

Orders cannot be personalized (adjustement or engraving) between October 19th and November 1st. We invite you to personalize your creation before Oct 18th. All later requests will be processed starting from November 2nd.

 

Bank transfers:

Bank transfers will be temporarily unavailable. We invite you to place you order before October 18th or after November 1st if you would like to use a bank transfer.

 

Delivery delays: 

If you have submitted your order and completed payment between October 25th and October 29th, we will start to process your order from November 2nd and arrange delivery according to the order sequence.

 

Return & exchanges: 

If you would like to return or exchange a creation you purchased, we invite you to do so before October 24th. All later requests will be processed starting from November 2nd. Kindly note, if you would like to return your creation in boutique, the request will be processed starting from November 4th.

 

Shopping services:

Our online boutique will be closed from October 30th and reopened on November 2nd. Phone sales will be reopened on November 1st.
